This Rent Agreement is made and executed at Amravati on this 01/04/2026, by and between:
LANDLORD (OWNER): Suresh Kumar, S/o or W/o Ramesh Kumar.
TENANT: Rahul Sharma, S/o or W/o Mohan Sharma.
WHEREAS the Landlord is the lawful owner of property located at:Flat 302, Dastur Nagar, Amravati, Maharashtra
Terms & Conditions:
- Period: This agreement is valid for a period of 11 Months starting from 01/04/2026.
- Monthly Rent: The Tenant agrees to pay a monthly rent of Rs. 10,000/- on or before the 5th day of every calendar month.
- Security Deposit: The Tenant has deposited a refundable security deposit of Rs. 20,000/- with the Landlord.
- Electricity & Water: Electricity charges as per meter reading and water charges shall be paid directly by the Tenant.
- Notice Period: Either party can terminate this agreement by giving a written notice of 1 Month in advance.
- Property Care: The Tenant shall maintain the property in good condition and shall not make any structural alterations without consent.
